The stay here was good, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with great location adjacent to the supermarket and restaurants as well as alrashid mall and aseer mall. The rooms were clean, the staff was good!

The rooms at this hotel were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with nearby cafes, supermarkets, and tourist spots easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel had parking available, which was a bonus.
The view from the rooms was not very appealing, as the hotel was located in the city and not in a scenic mountain area. Furthermore, the traffic around the hotel was quite chaotic and congested, making it difficult to navigate.

I recently stayed at Rose Palace in Abha for a few nights while on a sightseeing trip. The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist spots, and there are plenty of grocery shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at Rose Palace were incredibly helpful and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even went above and beyond by calling us to ensure our safe arrival and reserved a parking spot for us. The rooms were cozy and had a lovely scent. The staff's genuine care and concern for their customers made our stay truly memorable.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was cute, caring, and dedicated. Warm rooms with a beautiful scent. Excellent 2 bedroom apartment. Convenient location with nearby grocery shops and restaurants. Helpful and respectful staff. Clean and tidy rooms and toilets. Parking available.

The rooms were clean, nice, and everything worked. The staff couldn't help us enough. We received a warm welcome and the staff was really kind and dedicated. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was excellent for our family.
The parking places were limited. There was limited cutlery available.

As a budget traveler, I was delighted by the facilities and amenities offered at Rose Palace. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel safe and cared for throughout our journey. The Indian staff member in particular kept in touch, ensuring our well-being and estimating our arrival time. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with an allocated parking space, easing our tiredness from the long mountainous journey. The rooms were cozy and had a delightful scent that added to our comfort. What stood out most was the genuine love and concern the staff had for their customers - a truly beautiful experience.
Felt overwhelmingly welcomed, leaving us with nothing to complain about.
